Style: Seedless

Gluten-free rye-style bread*. 1.4 lb loaf. The teff flour in combination with other flours gives it the distinctive green 'rye' flavor. Made with fresh milled organic whole-grain flour using our in-store stone-mill. Grinding our own flour was key to achieving the bread quality we wanted, without resorting to artificial additives.  Using fresh milled flour maximizes flavor, and nutrition, similar to how fresh ground coffee beans result in the most flavorful cup of coffee. The grains we mill: teff, sorghum, millet, amaranth, quinoa.

Stays well in the fridge for a few weeks but best to keep frozen if keeping longer than a week and toast slices as needed.  It toasts up fantastic from frozen and is perfect for sandwiches or toast (even if you're not gluten-free!)

Naturally leavened with our own wild yeast starter.

Ingredients: Water, teff flour*, sorghum flour*, millet flour*, potato starch*, tapioca starch*, amaranth flour*, buckwheat flour*, quinoa flour*, flaxseed*, psyllium husk, Zero Acre oil, apple cider vinegar*, apple sauce*,  and salt.
Seeded variety also contains organic caraway seeds.
